All Images are sent to the email given when the order has been taken and pictures have been edited. The image is then yours to keep and cherish for life. No printed copies will be given at this time, however you are free to print and distribute as many pictures as you would like.
You may also bring a flash drive for your pictures. You have the option to pay in advance or after viewing the edits.

For a Limited Time ONLY* NO DEPOSIT DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING!
*Starting January 2017 any sessions booked during or after January 2017 will require a Non Refundable 50% deposit in order to book your session. This deposit will go towards the total cost of the session. This is NOT refundable if the client decides to cancel the shoot for his/her own reasons. Client may reschedule within 30 days and the deposit will be used towards the rescheduled shoot. If a shoot is Canceled and rescheduled for a day after the 30 day mark client will need to pay his/her 50% deposit for the new photo session.
If the Photographer is booked out for the next 30 days the next available spot will be offered without an additional Deposit. If weather interferes with the photo shoot time scheduled No additional Deposit will be required to reschedule.
Sessions that have already been booked before January 2017 (even if it is for a shoot date AFTER January 2017) will NOT have a Deposit Required during the time of booking.
Example of the Deposit Required starting in 2017. Sally wants a package 1 for $50. Sally will be required to pay $25 (half of the $50) when she books to secure her spot. She may pay in cash, check,PayPal, or card.The rest of her $25 will not be due until her photo session. If she waits until her photo session to pay she may pay in cash or check. Cash is best. No portable card machine at the moment.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
Personal/Emergency: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice before Canceling/Rescheduling your photo shoot. This will allow me to offer your spot to other people rather than losing that booking that someone else could have had.
If You have rescheduled 2 times without 48 hours’ notice both times, the 2nd time I will need your money in full (nonrefundable if you were to cancel or reschedule again)to hold your new booking. I will not be able to lock in your new booking without this.
Rain: Rain cancellation will be brought up by photographer if it may occur. If the forecast* says it will probably be raining I will bring up the probably of that and I will ask my clients if they would like to go to the location anyway, wait out the rain if they would like, reschedule to their rain day, and occasionally shoot in a light drizzle if the client would like to shoot in the rain. I will push to a rescheduled Rain Date if the client provides proof of rain (this could be a screen shot from their cell phone or computer saying that it will* be raining according to a meteorologist). I do not take rain dates in exchange for cancellations for personal needs. If the forecast says it will not be raining the day/time of your shoot this will not be a rain cancellation and this will fall under a personal cancellation noted above. Rain cancellations may be made within 24 hours to time of the photo shoot but cannot be made until the 24 hour mark with proof if noted by the client.
*ABOVE a 50% chance of rain according to an hourly weather forecast during the scheduled time.
No Show Policy Effective After 11-10-2016: Client will be emailed an invoice to pay the full cost of their unattended session. This payment must be made. The client will not be allowed to re-book for any services until this invoice has been paid in full. The following appointment fee (if the client decides to book a new session) will need to be made either the day of booking or 2 weeks prior to their next scheduled session or their session will be automatically canceled. The full payment or the newly scheduled shoot's payment will be nonrefundable.
How would one be considered a "No Show" to be included in the above policy? If client has not canceled their shoot before scheduled session time and does not show up this is considered a no show appointment. Communication is important to avoiding no show appointment so a text, email, call, or Facebook message is always given to remind a client of his or her appointment therefor there should not reason to not show up without canceling. If a cancellation needs to be made it is best to go ahead and cancel your appointment so that the No Show Policy does not apply to you.
Why have a No Show Policy? The photographer will wait up to 30 minutes for a client to show up in case he or she is running late. If a client is to not show up, not only was gas wasted without compensation ,time has also been wasted preparing for the shoot, getting to the destination, waiting at the destination, and driving from the destination. Normally the photography fee will help pay for this time and gas spent but as the client has not showed up this time and gas money has been wasted.
